No. You do not pay on this site. Payment is arranged with you on WhatsApp. The order form has an optional box where you can tell us anything we should know about payment. The delivery cost is confirmed there.
Animals are priced by size, in Kenya shillings: Small KES 1,500, Medium KES 2,000, Large KES 3,500 and Extra large KES 5,000. These prices apply to every animal and doll. Wall art is one size, larger than Extra large, at one fixed price of KES 8,000. Delivery is not included. We confirm the delivery cost on WhatsApp.
We deliver anywhere in Kenya. Our makers are all over the country. The delivery cost and time depend on where you are and are confirmed on WhatsApp for each order. We have no shop to collect from. For outside Kenya, ask us.

Yes. Any colour is welcome, and matching a colour from your photo is welcome too. If we cannot get a colour, we tell you and suggest the nearest one. Tell us what you have in mind and we reply on WhatsApp.
Custom pieces depend on the quantity and design and usually take from 3 days to 1 week. The exact time is confirmed in your quote. Bulk orders start at 20 pieces. Smaller branded runs: ask us.
We usually reply on WhatsApp within a few minutes to a couple of hours during working hours.
We can take a deposit and offer flexible payment: in full on order, a deposit now and the balance later, on delivery or on pickup. The deposit amount and how to pay are confirmed on WhatsApp in your quote. Nothing is paid on this website.
